While we prayerfully consider all applications, we do operate on a first come, first serve basis.
What is the registration process for new students? - If your application is approved, we will send you a link to fully register your students. - Once all of your students are registered, we will send you an itemized invoice and the enrollment forms to e-sign. - Your students are fully enrolled when these steps are completed, and payments (including post-dated payments) are turned in.
How do I pay tuition and fees and when are the due dates? Acceptable forms of payment: 1) Personal or cashier's check (pay-in-full or payment plan). If choosing the payment plan, you will be turning in eleven (11) checks at time of registration (if before May 1st). If registering after May 1st, you will be turning in 10 checks. If you are considering the payment plan option, ensure that you have enough checks on hand before registering. 2) Credit or debit card (pay-in-full only). Each credit/debit card payments will be charged a percentage-based transaction fee. If paying by check, all physical check payments (including post-dated checks) are to be turned in altogether at time of registration in order to secure your student's spot. If paying with credit or debit card, a link will be sent to pay your invoice in-full online. Payment plan is only available if paying by check. Below is the payment schedule if choosing the payment plan: Fees: - Registration Fee: At time of registration. - Facility fee, supply fee, and volunteer buy-out (if applicable): These are combined into one payment. Your post-dated check will be deposited on May 1st. If registering after May1st, this payment will be deposited with the Registration Fee at time of registration. - Tuition: If paying in-full with check, this is due combined with the fees and paid at time of registration. If choosing the payment plan (checks only), all nine (9) separate check payments (one for each month, August-April, post-dated for the 1st of each month) are due and turned in altogether at time of registration but will not be deposited until the date on the checks. If you're choosing to pay in-full with credit or debit card, this is due at time of registration. If you are choosing the payment plan for multiple students, all monthly amounts can be combined.
What are the volunteering requirements? In order to successfully run this program, parent volunteerism is vital. Each family is required to volunteer once a semester (two times per scholastic year) per academic day enrolled (Wednesday and/or Monday). - For example, if you have a student enrolled on Wednesdays and Mondays, the volunteer requirement would be two (2) times per year on Wednesdays and two (2) times per year on Mondays. Volunteering can only be fulfilled by mom. Volunteers are generally helping with our Levels K and 1 and that can involve bathroom help from time to time. We comply with the church's ministry policy when it comes to those situations, and it is the best way for us to align with that. We understand that there are unique situations which limits a parent’s availability to fulfill this requirement, so we offer an option to “buy-out” of this requirement. Families with High School only students are exempt from volunteering. However, if you would like to volunteer, we will gladly accept your participation.
What is the priority order for registration? 1) Currently enrolled students 2) Siblings of currently enrolled students 3) Community
Do you offer tours of the facility? No, we are not set up to allow for tours of the facility. We are limited by space as well as having a staff member on site to be dedicated to a visiting family. It is also our policy to only allow teachers and two parent volunteers each week on campus for security reasons.
