Hello, we're Drew & Lori Winter!

Teacher Bio :: Drew Winter 

Growing up with profound hearing loss has given me a unique view of this world. Over the years, many friends have asked me to teach them sign language in an effort to communicate easier and connect on a deeper level. For many years, this type of relational instruction was the extent of my teaching.

In 2024, my wife, Lori, teamed up with me to tailor an ASL curriculum from university professor Bill Vicars to teach guided courses for homeschoolers and adults, both online and in person.

Teaching high schoolers has proven to be a truly rewarding experience. I enjoy conversing with them, making them laugh, and learning about their lives.

A middle Tennessee native, I have 17+ years of experience working in the field of graphics, web design, and illustration. Outside of teaching ASL, I am also the Art Director for the upcoming Days of Noah animated series with KIC Media.
